Over the years, I’ve been observing the peculiar difficulties that job entrants who have no framework for the professional world of work experience.
I’ve played the role of “big sister” to student interns and assistants and realised that there is more that I could do to provide developmental tools that will help these promising and bright men and women to not just survive their past but to thrive in a present alive with possibility.
I hope that I can inspire you to reach for greatness, to accept the difficulties that come with growth so that you can taste the fruit of your own unique success.
I focus on the following themes: personal growth, servant leadership, emotional intelligence, character development and money matters.
