About Me

As a first generation university student, I was not afforded the luxury of studying full time.

I started my first job at 17, studied part time and worked my way through various positions and sectors. This is the story of most South Africans. I have always been fascinated by people dynamics, especially in the workplace. Over the years, I’ve been observing the particular difficulties that job entrants who have no framework for the professional world of work experience.

I’ve played the role of “big sister” to student interns and assistants and realised that there is more that I could do to provide developmental tools that will help these promising and bright men and women to not just survive their past but to thrive in a present alive with possibility.

I hope that I can inspire you to reach for greatness, to accept the difficulties that come with growth so that you can taste the fruit of your own unique success.

I focus on the following themes: personal growth, servant leadership, emotional intelligence, character development and money matters.

This site is dedicated to helping you grow and becoming a winner in the workplace. Let me know if you have any real world questions and I will try to provide real life answers.
